The tuition is $50. After you submit this application, you will be asked to send payment (credit card, check or money order) to funds@orderwhitemoon.org . Once your payment is received, you will be notified of your acceptance and start date. Excluding your address and phone number, your responses will be forwarded to our entire HP Council. At the end of this form, you will be asked to swear to uphold our Order's Traditions. Please read them carefully before you fill out this form.
